Delicious Low Calorie Dessert ( Ice Cream Alternative )

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for an ice-cream-like dessert that is extreamly simple to make and very low calorie :)

There are specific brands mentioned which are the best I have found and meet the criteria of being the best taste per calorie but you can try other brands if these are not local to you. A few things to try to avoid is Aspartame and full calorie Yogurt; It is hard to find Yogurt that uses Sucralose (Splenda) as a sweetener since it is expensive for manufacturers to use but they are out there.

Ingredients:
1 Tub (16 Oz.) Cool Whip [25 Cal / 2Tbsp ]
2 containers (6 Oz.) Kroger Lite Strawberry Yogurt.  [80 Cal / 12Tbsp ]
1 Box of Keebler Ice Cream Cones [15 Cal / Ea. ]

Mix 2 containers (12 Oz.) of Yogurt with full tub of Cool Whip (After being refrigerated instead of frozen) After fully mixed all you have to do is fill the cone with your yogurt-whip mix (5 Tablespoons)*1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp*

5 Tbsp. Yogurt mix [ 53 Calories ]
1 Ice Cream Cone [ 15 Calories ]
